A.J. Peake
A.J. has close to 10 years’ experience in the construction management industry. He has served as Senior Project Manager for one of Louisville’s largest commercial builders, Whittenberg Construction Company. During his time there he was not only a key employee but a shareholder in the company starting only two years after graduating college. During his tenure there, he had the opportunity to lead challenging projects such as the Aloft Hotel – Downtown Louisville, WKU Ogden College Hall (LEED Well v2 Certification), Waterfront Botanical Gardens Ph. 1, Galen School of Nursing Headquarters, amongst others. He also managed complex projects with self-performing structural concrete for mid-to-high-rise buildings, making his experience robust for a residential builder in this region. In his young career, A.J. has successfully completed over 125 million dollars of residential and commercial projects, delivered on time and within budget.
A.J. is a Louisville native and a graduate of St. Xavier H.S. and the University of Louisville Speed School of Engineering with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He enjoys many outdoor activities such as golfing, hunting, and snowboarding; traveling; and spending time with his wife Olivia, son Calvin, and extended family.
